  • If you visit us at our workshop to make an enquiry or request

  • Vehicle information (including registration number, VIN, make/model)
  • Details of transactions between you and us
  • Where you engage with us in a business context, we may collect your job title, company contact details (including email addresses), and company details.
  • Any information within correspondence you send to us

The personal information collected is to allow us to run the business.  No information is collected unless it is needed for a specific task.

 

How we will use the information

  • We collect information about you for contractual requirements to deal with your enquiry
  • helping us identify you when you contact us
  • general administration purposes

Who we share our information with

  • We will only ever share your information with a third party if we have your prior consent. For example you have requested an estimate for insurance repairs.

  • You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you, by writing to us at Bressingham Car Bodyshop, Unit 1 Airfield Road, Fersfield, Diss, Norfolk IP22 2FF, we do have to impose a £10 administration fee for this request.
  • Upon receipt of such a request we will, after confirming identity, provide all relevant data we may hold to you in the most practical format unless otherwise stipulated and reasonably possible.
  • We may withhold personal information that you request to the extent permitted by law.
  • If you instruct us to no longer process your personal data we will do so as quickly as possible.
  • If you instruct us to destroy any/all of your personal data we may hold we will do so as quickly as possible.
